As of 02/22/2022, we implemented an enhancement to the Parts Ordering Portal that will estimate when back-ordered parts are expected to be in stock.
IMPORTANT: Is the part is on back-order and you need it, place the order to ensure it will be shipped when the part is back in stock on the estimated date.
NOTE: Availability dates are subject to change.
When a back-ordered part is added to the shopping cart it will now show the Estimated Availability Date.
- Search for the part number by typing the part number in the search bar or by locating the part number from a parts diagram.
- Once the system returns the search result, click Add To Cart.
- Click on the Shopping Cart in the upper right-hand corner.
- Here the part will show that it is on back-order and below hat it will show the Estimated Availability Date.
