Johnson Outdoors Inc. has introduced a new 2024 Authorized Service Center Sales Program. This program is only applicable to Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) within the United States and Canada. (Authorized Servicing Dealers (ASDs) must place orders for finished goods through their regular distribution channels)
The following are the pricing guidelines for the 2024 Authorized Service Center Sales program for new Minn Kota Trolling Motors, Shallow Water Anchors, Chargers, Cannon Downriggers, all Marine Accessories, and Humminbird Fishfinders and Accessories. (All goods are intended for sale within the United States and Canada only)
All orders for finished goods must be placed through Johnson Outdoors Fishing Sales Support. (Please have your ASC ship-to account number and the item numbers when contacting Fishing Sales Support.)

2024 ASC Sales Program Terms & Freight
Terms: The payment terms for your account are the same as the terms applied when ordering parts.
Freight: Net cost orders of $20,000 or more shipped to a single destination will ship FOB Destination
(Freight Prepaid). Orders less than $20,000 will ship FOB Origin (Freight Collect).
- Consignee may also request FOB Origin – Freight Collect 3rd Party Billed OR
FOB Destination – Freight Prepaid and Add. - We reserve the right to select a carrier if the consignee carrier misses a
scheduled pick-up appointment. - Any Minn Kota, Cannon & Humminbird special orders.
- With case pack breaks will be assessed a $20 fee per broken case pack.
- Under $2,000 will be assessed a special order $20 fee.
- With less than a minimum order quantity of four units in any long shaft (87” &
100”) bow mount motor will receive a $100 pallet charge.
Prices and Specifications are subject to changes without prior notification.
(Regional distributor pricing may be lower than direct orders.)
2024 Pricing Guidelines for Minn Kota Branded Products
Minn Kota is implementing a set of pricing guidelines for selected products which we
believe will permit dealer prices to be competitive, and allow dealers to obtain a
sufficient profit margin to offer the service, advertising, promotional, and other support
that is necessary and desirable in connection with our new and technologically
advanced products. Minn Kota’s suggested retail price range for selected new models is
effective immediately upon introduction. New pricing for the current line will be effective
January 1, 2024. Please see the attached pages for clarification.
Minn Kota will continue to review and monitor its pricing policy during the 2024 season
in order to address the needs of the marketplace.
In the case of a dealer pricing below our suggested levels (including e-commerce add to
cart lower prices, the offering of effective discounts in the form of associated premiums,
free goods, gift certificates, rebates or other vehicles), or if suggested retail prices are
not listed individually within a combination package or bundle, Minn Kota reserves the
right, at our discretion, to suspend product shipments covered by this pricing policy to
that account.
If you believe that you are unable to sell these selected products within the price ranges
we have suggested, please choose other models in our line to promote.

Humminbird is implementing a set of pricing guidelines for selected products which we
believe will permit dealer prices to be competitive, and allow dealers to obtain a
