Explanation:
For Downriggers with serial number K286CN0007 and greater; when replacing the frame on any
Mag 5 or Mag 10 use kit 3772545; for frame replacements on Mag 10 TS us kit 3772546.
These new kits are an improved design and will help preserve inventory of 3772524 and
3772536 for Digi-Troll 5 and 10 repairs.
Recent production changes allow an improvement to the overall design of the Cannon Electric
Downrigger Frame construction. This design change is not backward compatible to Digi-Troll 5,
Digi-Troll 10, Digi-Troll 5 TS, or Digi-Troll 10 TS. When 3772524 & 3772536 are out of stock
they will be obsolete.
Parts Lists for Mag 5, Mag 10 and Mag 10 TS published to https://motors.johnsonoutdoors.com
are changed to reflect the new kit part number, so anyone ordering from the parts lists will be
getting the new kits.
Repairs of Digi-Troll 5, Digi-Troll 10, Digi-Troll 5 TS and Digi-Troll 10 TS should continue as
normal until the supplies of 3772524 and 3772536 are exhausted. If you have an unrepairable
Digi-Troll 5 or 10 due to parts unavailability contact ASCHotline@johnsonoutdoors.com with
details of the unrepairable downrigger(s).
