Hands-On Tasks:
- Remove and Reinstall T-Bar on 10 Position Lever Lock Bracket
- Disassemble Traxxis Bracket
- VOM Test Control Board output with Lower Unit
- Connected and Without Lower Unit Connected
- Test Control Board output with Test light.
- Run Lower Unit Direct on each Model. On Endura 5 speed motor test speed coil function by independently connecting the White, Yellow and Red Motor wires to Power Supply + while the Black Motor wire is connected to Power Supply -.
Key Concepts:
- Isolation Testing is the basic method of troubleshooting. Identify what components are involved in an operation and to the greatest degree possible directly test the function of each component individual.
- T-Bar is weakest component in the 10 position bracket; it is what will break on impact. It does not break in normal use so the assumption should be that T-Bar replacement is not warranty.
